𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐕𝐀 𝐒𝐎𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐅𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐌𝐀, 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘

The Basava Social Welfare Foundation (BSWF) has congratulated President Hakainde Hichilema on his re-election and has extended its congratulations to all newly elected Members of Parliament and other representatives following the August 13 General Election.

BSWF Founder and Chairperson Engineer Durga Basava said the Foundation commends the youth, women and citizens across Zambia for participating peacefully and responsibly in the electoral process.

Engineer Basava said the Foundation is hopeful that under the leadership of the newly elected representatives, Zambia will continue on the path of peace, unity, development and prosperity, while ensuring every citizen lives with dignity and hope.

He said BSWF remains committed to its mission of serving humanity and the environment, adding that the organisation will continue promoting a vulnerable-free and greener Zambia where communities, women and young people can thrive.

Meanwhile, the Foundation has called on all Zambians to remain united, respect one another, protect the environment and work together in building a stronger and more prosperous nation.
